SampleTestFiles respects the rights of copyright owners. The sample files on the site are generated by our own software and are not copied from other sources, and the text of the site is written for it. If you nevertheless believe that something here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will review it promptly.

How to send a notice

Email contact@sjwebtechwork.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". So that we can act on it, please include:

  1. The work. A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or a link to it.
  2. The material. The address (URL) of each page or file on this site that you believe infringes it.
  3. Your contact details. Your name, and an email address or postal address at which we can reach you.
  4. A good-faith statement. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your signature. Your typed full name is sufficient in an email.

These are the elements that notices under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act are expected to contain, and they are what we need in order to identify the material and verify the claim wherever you are based.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your notice, examine the material and, where the claim appears valid, remove or disable access to it. We may contact you if we need more information.

If your material was removed in error

If you believe that material was removed because of a mistake or a misidentification, write to the same address explaining why, and include the address at which the material appeared and your contact details. We will review the decision.

Please be accurate

Knowingly making a false claim of infringement can have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider taking legal advice before sending a notice.
